    Re: Bassani cat-back v flows

i personally think flowmaster has a lame hollow, droned out hum that has a bad choice in frequency cancellation

i'd go for bassani, much better sounding on all the stangs i've heard it on but sound is generally a matter of opinion

The best vehicle I have ever heard is a Dakota with a blown and stroked dodge motor. Has Flowmaster 50series with no cats and a 2800stall, makes me wanna hum,p it everytime he drives it

    Re: Bassani cat-back v flows

Ive heard many people complain about bad flow with flowmaters but the setups ive heard with them sound **** good. Bassanis should flow better but may not sound as good depending on what kinda sound your looking for. It really comes down to if you wnat sound or peformance. Do you have any sound clips for either setup?

    Thats true.

Flowmasters dont flow as well, because that special "sound" is caused by baffles, which are a restriction in the airflow.

    Therefore, Bassani>Flowfaster
