civics are so well supported as far as aftermarket goes now...im not familiar with the suspension though is it independent rear?
either adjustable coil-overs, or a high strength leaf...thought about lowering the front to compensate?

never dealt with a honda but maybe some form of stiff coil-overs??? just an idea......

Even if he got a stiffer spring set it would fix it. If you have a suspension specialist in town I'd go there to ask questions.

a set of coilovers with adjustible spring rate (or something like that) should work. when i first saw this post i thought someone wanted to lift a civic like a box chevy on 24's or something so i just had to read this post.
