Snake Eyes Installation help

Ok im goin to get some snake eyes(aka the LED that go in as the windshield water dispensers). How would you install the electrical part of that? just hook it up to the battary?

In his defense, I HATE neons, but I'd rate a neon without snake eyes over anyother car with snake eyes.

And to answer your question so there is no reason for this thread to continue:

Hook them up to your running lights, that way they're not in in the daytime. Just splice them in. You can just hook the other wire to any ground. (so you only splice one wire)
