    engine swap

I have a 96 grand marquis and was wondering how much it would cost to swap an engine, I wanted to put like a 400-500 hp engine that would be sweet. Would any other engines beside ford fit

You could attempt something...but Im sure it would be costly...upwards of 2-3K for the engine itself(+ parts), and labor would be killer if you didnt do it yourself.

I would be tempted to just leave it as is...
