6 dB is a rather large interval, even if you're running minimal power and a sealed box. 6 dB is a BIG gain, no matter how you look at it.Quote:

But also look at another fact, look whut kind of subs i am runnin.. two audiobahns, like their shittiest model, i got two of them on ebay brand new for 120 shipped to my door, oh and the amp was free.. box costs me 30 bucks, and wiring and fuses costs me another 35.... so hmmm less than 200 dollars and about like 10 hours of my time and i scored a 141.6.... i think thats preaty dam good... if you want to compete i will buy some best buy subs, throw them in a sealed, supply them with a little 200 watt amp.. get tested then if you get a higher number, thats when you start braggin... and also i dont care if you are .3 becibles behind me.. i still am pushin out more dbz than you so you aint got **** to prove.......Quote:

Yeah im definatly gettin better subs.... prob gonna get some L5 15's with the hifonics amp..... and yea i did build my own box... the subs are made to compete with 3.5 cubes a peice so i coulda went wiht a 7 cube box for both... but yeah the port is preaty big... but i am upgrading everything so its gonna be a complete new system..Quote:
