We didnt get to test as much as we would have liked to. The box was only tried in one position, the gain on the amp coulda been raised. Basically we didnt have time to get in all the testing we could have done.

Best score I can manage with mic on dash car off legal score. See what I can do at the last comp for the year. (This sunday) Then I will film some 30 Hz clipped burp destruction of the Kickers so I can send them away on warranty. Stay tuned folks...

I had my 4 Runner tested in Sav. Georgia. They told me it was running 149.7 at 50hz. I have a Virtual technology box (Transmission Line box) Loaded with 12" Rockford Fosgate HX2 there are two of them being powered by a MMATS 200HC. The 149.7 does not seem right with what you all are posting, seems to high. This was in the driver's seat the headrest was removed. Is there different kinds of meters out there?
I've never seen SPL measured that way, but I'm somewhat of a newb. Also, it depends on the meter/sensor they used. AudioControl mics tend to be 4-5 dB higher than the TermLab sensor.Originally Posted by BryanGsu
