    yup... even the 190.

It was dead on with the TL at the last extreme audio show, but other than that... its been inconsistent.

    *crickets chirping*

So where is the funny part?

    1 volt = [1(kg)(meter^2)] / [(second^3)(ampere)]

    1 watt = 1 joule / second
    1 watt = (1 Newton)(meter) / second
    1 watt = [1 kg/(second^2)] (meter) / second

    simplifying we find:

    1 watt = [1(kg)(meter)] / (second ^3)

    therefore:

    P = (I)(V)

    1 watt = (1 volt)(1ampere)
    1 watt = ( [1(kg)(meter^2)] / [(second^3)(ampere)] )(1 ampere)
    1 watt = [1(kg)(meter^2)] / (second^3)

And that is WHY Power is in the SI units of Watts. enjoy!

ditto - im just making a note for some of the new guys who might be seeing this thread for the first time.

I've used the old TL extensively, the new TL a LOT more, and dabbled with the AC 180 and 190....

The old TL we had used to be ALL over the place...one day i'd do a 158 the next a 153 with no system changes. The new TL varies about 0.1 maybe 0.2 at most. I've been on a 190 only 1x. The 180 I've been on about 4 times. while the AC's varied it wasnt too severe.

But yes, ANYTHING other than a new TL number is suspect.

    Vehicle: 95 Chevy S-10 Blazer (4-door)
    Electrical System: Stock
    Amplifier(s): Kenwood X811d (900 watts @ 2 ohms)
    Subwoofer(s): 15" L7 Solobaric
    Box: 4.5ft^3 tuned to 35hz
    Mic: dBm-2 (splmeter.com)
    Song/Tone Played: 50hz test tone
db Result: 144.8 (in kick), 142.2 (dash)

First time I have ever been mic'd and am extremely pleased! Was told this particular mic was nearly 2dB lower than the new TL.. So possibly a 146 on new TL.. My first system, so I cant complain!

Nobody's heard them. They aren't in production yet. There is no prototype even available. But he should still consider them. They will rock. I promise.
PS: The new Squeaksters will be a midwoofer addition to my subwoofer line, the Squeakinators
