So where is the funny part?
1 volt = [1(kg)(meter^2)] / [(second^3)(ampere)]
1 watt = 1 joule / second
1 watt = (1 Newton)(meter) / second
1 watt = [1 kg/(second^2)] (meter) / second
simplifying we find:
1 watt = [1(kg)(meter)] / (second ^3)
therefore:
P = (I)(V)
1 watt = (1 volt)(1ampere)
1 watt = ( [1(kg)(meter^2)] / [(second^3)(ampere)] )(1 ampere)
1 watt = [1(kg)(meter^2)] / (second^3)
And that is WHY Power is in the SI units of Watts. enjoy!

I've used the old TL extensively, the new TL a LOT more, and dabbled with the AC 180 and 190....
The old TL we had used to be ALL over the place...one day i'd do a 158 the next a 153 with no system changes. The new TL varies about 0.1 maybe 0.2 at most. I've been on a 190 only 1x. The 180 I've been on about 4 times. while the AC's varied it wasnt too severe.
But yes, ANYTHING other than a new TL number is suspect.![]()

First time I have ever been mic'd and am extremely pleased! Was told this particular mic was nearly 2dB lower than the new TL.. So possibly a 146 on new TL.. My first system, so I cant complain!

2db's higher. used to own 1. then got a TL. so ud have like a 142 in the kick.Originally Posted by deerhunt1988
