very upset with the score... Orion 2500D was at 2ohms cause it was not stabling at .5 for me.
I did place 1st place tho. but still upset with the outcome.

    Vehicle: 93 jeep grand cherokee
Electrical System: stock 117 amp alt
    Amplifier(s): (1) tsunami 1000 rms
    Subwoofer(s): (1) 15" RE SExxx
    Box: 43hz 5^3
    Mic: new Termlab
Tone Played: not quite sure cuz i used last years cd and i didn't know what tracks were which tones. i just used the free ones off the treo site (FREE)
    db Result: 140.7

i didn't like this box design a whole lot. i got a comp in about a month so we'll be looking for a couple dbs higher. I missed getting the 3rd place trophy by .1 db.

A kid with all audiobahn and pretty much everything from the shop, box and all hit 145.3 in my class, but thats with 2 12"s and 2000 rms. Also there was a walled off van with 2 18" Strokers. Outlaw it did about 150, but could of went alot louder but no one could even come close to it.

in the time you typed that

you could have stripped 2 power wire ends.. maybe even crimped em if you type slow/strip fast.

Your set-up sounds similar to mines.

    2000 Isuzu Rodeo
    1 GXA 1000D
    1 15" Shocker
    1 5 cu ft box 40hz

Got a comp in 10 days. I'll post my results. I may do some testing on the TL this weekend at the shop hosting the event. I'm hoping for a 142-145 considering the Rodeo peaks somewhere between 47 and 52 hz.
