as in, if you are hanging out of the window of a car and your friend is driving, he will get the ticket but you shoudl help him pay for it. When legally it was his responsibility to keep your butt in the seat. If you have a car it will be rental so you most likely wont have to worry about sound violations or that is one ****** rental place.

Or if you set the fire alarm off at the hotel because all of you are smoking and the hotel charges you then you all should pay for it... That happened when I went to halloween horror nights with 3 friends. Good times. Hot Boxed the room with a fog machiene (organic smoke) and all of us puffing on something and next thing we know every alarm in the hotell is going off and they are sending security up to turn it off and see what is going on.
