    Re: Anyone seen this meter?

    sweet..How do you like it?
I am considering it for as a quick estimate when I cannot get metered with a termlab. The termlab is out of the question for me because I don't have a laptop and I don't want to pay $600 for a meter.

I figure this will allow me to quickly see any changes.

    Re: Anyone seen this meter?

    I wouldnt touch it.

It would be more accurate to pay a competitor $200 to guess the number.

    Best receiver ever?

I guess that I will just keep saving up until I can get a termlab.

    Re: Anyone seen this meter?

a termlab pressure sensor is where its at. Nothing else out there usinga hydrophone is near as consistant. I love my TL!

    1 volt = [1(kg)(meter^2)] / [(second^3)(ampere)]

    1 watt = 1 joule / second
    1 watt = (1 Newton)(meter) / second
    1 watt = [1 kg/(second^2)] (meter) / second

    simplifying we find:

    1 watt = [1(kg)(meter)] / (second ^3)

    therefore:

    P = (I)(V)

    1 watt = (1 volt)(1ampere)
    1 watt = ( [1(kg)(meter^2)] / [(second^3)(ampere)] )(1 ampere)
    1 watt = [1(kg)(meter^2)] / (second^3)

And that is WHY Power is in the SI units of Watts. enjoy!

Its fun, but shouldnt be taken seriously. Its very inconsistent.. which is all that matters in a meter.

Or, you can be happy thinking you got that magic 155 that one day, and never broke a 45 ever since.
