FS: Rainbow Cal 25 fabric dome tweeters

Here they are. Get them while you can. This pair is from the X Line comp set: http://car.rainbow-audio.de/products...=11&art=231439

They are NOT the same as the silk VOF tweets use in the Power Line. As far as I can tell they are the same as the Cal 25 used in the older Professional line as well as the Arc Audio ACS set.

Great overall tweeter. Smooth sound with nice detail. They haven't really even had enough play time on them to be broken in yet....< 10 hours I'd say. They are basically brand new. Would love to keep them but I can only use one set of tweeters at a time

    Specs...

    Thanks Joe for the link.

These came from 6pdcoupe just for everyone's info. This DOES NOT imply warranty coverage though!!!!!!

Re: FS: Rainbow Cal 25 fabric dome tweeters

The factory xover point on the passive is around 3khz IIRC. I'd say no lower than 2k with a steep slope IME. Don't have the Fs on them for you sorry. I had them at 3.15hz at 12db/oct, A pillar, about 45* off axis with 85w rms.

You mean the aluminum domes? I think those were used in the Alumapro comp sets and in the Pro Vanadium comp sets. Or maybe those were titanium. Either way, its a different material all together.
