    I am sad it has to go, but time has come. I just bought the Z1, so no need for this one. I love the unit, notting wrong with it, but i upgrad evertime pioneer comes out with something new... Let me know if you want it.

    Can you only play cds in this unit when you take the navi disc out? Or can you enter a destination while playing a cd?

    if the destination is stored then, you play cd. I forgot to mention that, the unit is bypassed, so it played dvd's while driving.

    Does this play MP3 on DVD-Rs? I can't seem to find that info..

    DVD/DVD-R/-RW so yes it will play mp3 on dvd-r

    From the Pioneer site: Compressed Audio - MP3 (CD)

    This is why I was asking.. It doesn't specify MP3 on DVD.. Have you tried it personally? Not every DVD player can play MP3s on DVDs..
