    Re: 1999 Chevrolet Blazer

Got the two baffles cut and routed with a 1/8" roundover:

I'm kinda stuck and need help. Don't know what order to stain the two baffles, glue them on, and carpet the rest of the box in. I am thinking glue them on, hit all edges with a flush trim bit, stain them, tape them off well, and then carpet the rest of the box. Anyone have any ideas?

More work on muh box. Here it is being glued down, and I also added screws from the inside:

    Next day:

I'll be using these binding posts. I really like these, used them on my last two boxes too.

Final mockup before stain and carpet. And of course, I had to snap a few extra pics

I'm really happy with this. Hope I don't screw it up in the finishing stage :/

Tweeter install was new, doing fiberglass work was new, deadening this much, running this much power, passive radiators are new, this much woodworking, running active will be new. This is only my second real install man.

You're doing the wood work / cutting in your apartment? Everything looks good. Those subs look so ****. Maybe re-finish the rubber on the magnets so they're nice and black.

Thanks! I think I got the wood a week ago from Home Depot.

Yep, everything in my apartment. Well, cut most of the wood out on the porch. And there's no boot on the magnets, that's a bare ass

Really? How did you learn the fiberglassing?
I am seriously impressed. You've learned more than I have that is for sure.
I want to do a Passive radiator set up too. But don't have the $ yet. But I do want to try it.

Fiberglass I just did. It takes some practice lol. That was my first time and it didn't turn out that great. My box is right around 8.5 cubes. I don't remember the exact number.
