Curious...Why the fiberglass on the inside? Also, why no real bracing for a 6 cubic foot box? You'll have lots of loss due to flex alone...?
The fiberglass is for added strength. The way the box is build and the angles of it didn't really need for any heavy bracing. Its not just a rectangle box. There is no major flex issues with the box.
He's already wanting to plan me building another box that will basically have a fiberglass mold of the entire trunk to do 2 15's

Putting some resin around the corners isn't going to do much of anything for strength. A simple bead of silicone would be fine if its purpose was to ensure a good seal though (which is what I thought he was doing with it). I figured it's mush easier (and less messy to boot) to use silicone instead of breaking out resin for that.
In addition, there is NO way, I repreat NO way, that a 6 cubic foot box with large flat walls condtructed of 3/4" MDF is not getting serious losses from flex, especially judging by the construction pic. I'm simply stating this to help out. You can make a very solid large box with 3/4 MDF, don't get me wrong, but you need serious internal bracing to accomplish it, not just a double thick front baffle.

I get what your saying bro. Its not just resin tho there is 2 layers of matt in every corner and a single layer on the flat surfaces. I do greatly appreciate the input and help and will deff take keep it in mind when I build his next box

It isn't my car. It is my buddies. He's had it for a while and hasn't really had any complaints. Things break real easy tho lol I use to work on them a lot when I worked for Hyundai and I hated both car companies. Easy to take apart and put back together. They do rattle a hell of a lot of you don't deaden.

Sunroof is done for. Broke 2 mounting brackets that hold the glass down. And destroyed the sheet metal and lost a reverse light. He was drivin to work one morn, got out of his car and realized the light was completely gone. Scratched up and pitted the paint pretty bad underneath where its supposed to be
