Update:
Got my deadener this morning. Found some time during my daughters nap to apply it to my trunk lid. Still got the doors yet to do. Man I can't say enough about this audio technix stuff. Very sticky, easy to apply, top knotch stuff here!

Yeah, definitely the easiest stuff I've ever applied and I like how it doesn't immediately bond so you can move around as long as you haven't gronked down on it. If you have any leftover scraps, I could use a 2"x4" strip for the beauty panel on my passenger door. Buzzing like a beast

Anywho, saw the comment about the sawzall not cutting the metal very well. For some reason, I always have better luck with tungsten carbide bits on that kinda stuff. makes super clean cuts on MDF/wood, too, so it bypasses needing to sand afterwards. Looks good so far.
