Kinetik HC2000 in parallel (currently have a wetcell under the hood but will upgrade to AGM soon)

I know most Lanzar stuff is trash but the Optidrive series is built soild. It does rated power.
2100 rms @ 1ohm. Cant complain for only 200 big ones.

Got almost all of my cuts made. I know this might sound lame but the woodshop teacher is letting me use the equipment at school. Im a senior in highschool and I hardly have enough money to pay for my set up, much less money for a tablesaw and router.

Box o goodies. Wires, fuseholders, ring connectors, ect...

My goal is to be pretty similar to this look:

I like the look of the beauty panel, im just not sure if I should bedliner it or just wrap it in carpet. Also, this is ported into the trunk and my seats do not fold. Will the beauty panel effect the sound? Also, the amp would be mounted under a false floor and sit flush if I did a beauty panel. If not, than just to a little amp rack on the side.

So, pretty soon ill be ordering the JBL's unless someone can convince me of a better option around 60-80 price-range. I was thinking about some 6.5's but Im not sure yet. Also will be getting another 25 feet of ground cable for the rear battery.

Once the wire comes I will be running it, along with doing my big three so more pictures to come!

Did you have a problem fitting in your hu? Mine sticks out like 2-3 inches.... granted my HU is long as hell compared to others

Also, try out the Powerbass 2xl 6x8s... PB does very loud and clean door speakers

And remove your rear speakers for extra volume

I did actually. What was a pain for me, was getting the clips to hold the HU steady. Like I had to hold the clips in place and then push the hu into it all at the same time. After that, it was pretty easy, but I did have to give it some force to get it to really snap back in there fully. Its a complete mess of wires behind there right now.

Yeah? I saw that on other build. I dont plan on upgrading the rear stage anyway. I just dont know how well a big void behind the seats would look. If I could, I would make the seats foldable, and then flip it around and seal it off.

Looking into getting a H/O alt. Looking at a brand new 200 amp DB electric for 250. Would like to buy a used one to save a little money. Budget really is 250-280 max.

Just finished all my cuts. Tomorrow I am gluing, and clamping everything. Its suppost to get nice here soon to, So I can do my big three. Pictures tomorrow.

Looks good so far. Stay away from the Powerbastard.com alternator. Mine is not worth beans. Check out my 2001 Taurus build. It may give you some idea's. Also, I personally think you will need some sort of rear fill. I'm running active and no matter what I did for tunning and time alignment you could still notice/sence the phyisical void/space between the front stage and the substage.
