Seems like the cone will hit on bass hits. Can people actually sit in the back?
My 170 lb son was back there over thanksgiving. Loved the bass and no issues with sub clearance.

10" subs. Ports are external and run up the back wall of the truck behind the seat back.

I like the look of this box. Looks clean and stealth. I like the idea of the the ports running up the back of the truck. Cool idea. All around looks real good. What do you have running for the fronts?
Alpine 9887 active with imprint tuning, Ultra 6 1/2" components in factory locations active through a Ultra 4 channel. Ultra 1600 on the subs. Switching to Hertz front stage in spring.

I have a 2005 ram quad cab, can you build that box for 12's sealed at 1cf per sub?
Split seats or bench? If a bench seat, yes I can. $500 carpeted plus actual shipping.
Split bench seat. Looks the same as the one in your picture. Both go up.
I don't remember if there is a barrier at the 40 part, then the 60 is another section. Ill look in the morning and get back to you.
