Dude the thing I don't like about mine either is that big ass rear bumper. If you don't go roll pan, at least ditch the hitch ball.

I kinda like the bumper. Lol but I do plan on removing the trailer ball

Also picked up 4 sheets of Baltic birch 13 ply. Gonna build the box this week. Ill also get seats this week and work on swapping them so I can finally work on my doors.

Well got a little bit done tonight

The design. Wouldn't have needed one but the clearance from the port to
Motor was so close I said screw
It. Lol


All that's left is round over,sub, and port cutout. Gonna pick up a flush trim bit for router. Pisses me off I lost my countersink bit. So I said screw it and just did it without it. Not what I should have done. But I'll live with it.

Bracing is gonna be all thread. One from front to back and side to side. Then two up and down. At least that's the plan now.



Might start on the doors tomorrow. Who knows

why tune super low? it wont play as flat and you will lose spl. tune to 34 is and load the port off of the rear gate with about 4-5" of space and you will easily play down to the 20s... IMO

One reason I went with an aero. I can change tuning very easily. I can tune as low as 30hz easily. Plus, lowz>numbers any day

lows+numbers is where its at.... LOL and like I said, you will have no prob playing in the 20s while being tuned mid 30s. Im tuned to 34 and can play from 22-60 very flatly. The lowest songs I have go to 18hz, it will play that low but I cant hear that low so wtf is the point.
