How much room you giving up for the sub box? Maybe go with 6 15's in a large box to compensate for lack of power? It would be more cone area, plus less number of subs to divide power to. Just a thought.
The reason Im going with 12s is because it is actually MORE subs to divide power among. There is nothing that frustrates me more than blowing subs or having to turn it down because equipment gets too hot.
I want something that I can crank up and let play all day.

How's the build coming along? Been a bit since an update. Finished my build up a few weeks ago and am loving the Peaveys.
