Was kinda diggin this build,until I saw the tweeters...

I just copied my build log from ssa forum. When I had a cd player, I never used it, I always used my ipod. Now I have the saz1500 & sa-8 as my current setup. The xcon was a D1 and I blew it and its being reconed now to a D2 so I can wire it to 1ohm. IT sounded great, it MURDERED the lows.

I see that now. And I know a lot of guys that only use their ipod, but unless I'm mistaken you don't have a hookup for an ipod now right? Just BT streaming?
And what amps are you using on the speakers?
And that's awesome to hear the Xcon performed that great, especially sealed, pounding the lows

I use a 3.5mm to rca and hook it to the aux on the equalizer & crunch p1-600.2 for now

Oh ok, that's decent enough Were those some ZED amps I saw in there earlier or something else?
And the tablet does fit very well

I'm still waiting on it on, i sent it mine in back in november, i emailed them last week and he said they should be finishing up recones this week.

originally I wanted to carpet it with old carpet, but it wasn't enough to cover the whole piece of wood so i just painted it black until I would have bought some more carpet but I like the look of the black paint, so im probably going to redo it with 1/4 mdf and paint black

also I should get my xcon back monday too

How it look now until I build me another box and clean everything up

Now at 1ohm my lowest voltage drop was 11.8v, i'm going add another battery too.

The guy at lowes was giving me tips and told me I should build Labyrinth port because of the more vibrations it would be louder
