02 Tahoe AQ Build

So far, I've finished the box for my HDC318 and got 2/0 welding cable for the big 3. I didn't take too many pictures while I was building the box but I did take some.

Box is 6 cu ft after displacement tuned to 34 with 92 sq inches of port.

Switched out the 2/0 for some 1/0 welding cable. Now I need to move onto deadening the back hatch and doors. Whats some deadener that's reasonably priced that works well?

Also looking for a 1k+ 0.5 ohm stable amp.

please, please double up that front baffle, or better yet tripple. Also, i would brace more than the corners.

As far as "cheap" deadening that actually works, i've had good success with this stufff: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

do yourself a favor and don't buy less than 50 sq ft, you'll need at least that in a tahoe.

Sadly yes. I only had about 10 - 12 feet of 2/0 whereas i now have around 25 ft of 1/0. Would it be a good idea to just do 2 runs of the 1/0?

you can look at the dc 1.2 amps they are .5 stable .if you need one let me know

Finally got some more work done. In between moving and snowplowing, its hard to get work done.

So far, I've gotten the box doubled up all around and the AQ logo cut and mounted on the box.

I'm lovin this.

Thanks. I'm hoping to get it carpeted tomorrow but I might have to wait. I'm not sure on what color I should go with for the logo and carpet. I'm thinking grey and black.

Any ideas?

Grey and Red.

Depending on interiors, you could maybe do some blue/or red LED's on the glass, black carpet, that'd look sick in the dark.
