Yukon Rebuild. 12 15's, Ipad, extensive fiberglass and motorization

What motor or actuator will you be using for your iPad?

I have a friend that is interested in having his iPad installed in his dash of his International MXT.

HOLY **** MAN........ this build makes me wish i started messing with fiberglass years ago and didnt wait til i was 26 to start playing with it. mite have to have you drive up to chicago to help me do my trunk... you experience would be very usefull. im pretty much doing my first fiberglass project in my caprice right now but its no where near as crazy as this..

the inner channel is for LEDS to go in. this piece is made out of 1/2.. the notches are for 1/4 legs to tuck into for the spokes.

here it is pretty much done. its held together now with 3m tape, but when i buff the plexi and get the leds, i will samwich it all with glue so its tight

I just did my first iPad2 install in a MXT International, "SoundMan" slide in style but really looking forward to see your motorized mount. When will you be getting to it?

so i got the dash all prepped for vinyl... and thought i had enough but forgot that i had taken a small 16x16 chunk outta the roll for the wheel.. so FML i couldnt cover it. but i decided to cover somthing else

first off the panel had some changes added because it woulda been way to plain without it. i added 1/8" hardboard to create reliefs..












fits perrrrrfect


so after i did that i said well what the hell cover the square!





thats it for now. i know the place i get my special vinyl from is out of stock at the moment because i ordered the rest of what they had for a build at work..
