sealed is the way to go with that close to the windshield and trying to be musical. It will also play much lower than ported will legal

i think these setups are overkill but yes it is crazy. my only thing is, its been gone at least a month and all that was done was the box, whats taking so long? u took it to a professional right?
So your getting upset over a build taking a certain amount of time that isnt even yours?

who is to say tommy is working on this build full time he prob has other builds going on? i doubt its very easy wiring up this many speakers, subs, amps, tweeters...running a buttload of 1/0 ....mounting and hooking up all the batteries...i wouldnt want to pay someone to just slap all that in real quick i would want them taking their time making sure everything is done properly...this isnt a cheap build... pretty expensive to replace/fix stuff because of a half assed quick install... im sure tommy will make this build epic.

nah, not upset. anxious? YES! the quality and amount of equipment your putting in is "off the chain" and i seen all the effort u put in your last build (if im not mistaken you did the work yourself, not sure though). so u drove the truck hundreds of miles down a month n a half ago to a professional. Ok, i understand building the box can take sometime... but **** a month for an empty shell? WTF is taking so long? n wiring the stuff up ISN'T rocket science. u got a pic of one sub in there... throw that sh*t in and wire it. whats the tease for? ppl want pics... not 6 pages of comments.

stop bitching about waiting for a build to be done that you have nothing to do with. im sure this dude is more anxious than you to get his **** back plus like he said quality takes time building a box so it fits just right has the right volume has the right angles , clearances and various other aspects such as drying times for sealants glues and epoxies that may or may not have gone into this. and yeah its not rocket science but it is electrical and acoustic science. my point is dont be a jerk its tougher than it looks if it wasnt that hard then dont you think any **** bag off the street would building boxes like this?
I didnt do my last install, and When I dropped it off I told him to take his time and make sure it was perfect,I have another ride so it doesnt matter if it takes a year
