pretty good, out of 2 sheets of birch, this is whats left. gonna use some for trim pieces/45s inside the box, will need a 3rd sheet though for the front baffle and possible a 4th for the sub baffle(s)

not exactly how i was planning on doing this, but it turned out pretty solid.







i guess the only option i have here is to glass this gap really thick. should hold up with a few layers of glass right?

why'd you tune so high?

its a 4th order. its not the same as a normal ported box tuned at 43.

well, i noobed up the 2nd baffle. i cut it 29" tall, instead of 35.25" tall and then notching the corners. i was going to go buy another sheet, even though i didnt want to, and luckily HD and lowes had just closed for the night. so i just went with this lol.
