You covered up quite a lot! I stuck to the 25% rule on my doors, with MLV and some padded buffer. I, however, am not fighting off flex and needing to add mass.

Bobby thinks a trim piece to separate the the under area and sides would be good. I may have some MDF left over if you want to try it.

I think he is right, but foam needs to be tightly packed under the trim pieces. Under my sub box, there is a huge dip down where there is nothing, and I think air is getting caught underneath it and I'm losing sound.

Thanks to dave damage, I now have some nice wire for my big 2 (no frame ground for now). The smaller one is zero gauge.
