I do considering I used to peak at 26hz but my aq's work well tuned at 38hz. I can play I think I luv her with authority. Mine is more competition based so for a strict daily 34-36 should be fine.

OP for a box design do port up and sub forward.

In my s10 xcab I had the best luck with both subs & port up with my 2 15"s. Now get to work and post up some pix.

Could be different for a daily setup but the proven competition design is subs forward port up

    Hi

I've yet to be convinced that there is a better sub/port orientation in an xcab than subs forward/port up. And I've heard many.

    Yup, but according to this

He's going for more daily than comp. Thus the reason for my suggestion. 8)

Subs forward port up all the way. Always sounded the loudest in my ranger that way.

Re: Extended cab s-10 Audioque build

Ok Im a super noob at this stuff so if what I say is retarded, just ignore it. It seems to me that I do not have enough space for the air to move if i faced the port forward. I am a big guy, 6 foot 3 and I cant move my seat up very much. I am working with about 4 feet length, 2 feet height, and 16 inches width. Also would the box be alot harder to build? This will be my first attempt at a box.

Thanks again guys for all the help.

At what frequency? What was the setup? I find that hard to believe. Maybe a 155 burp but not on music with subs and port up.

OP should do subs forward and port up as it will work great for daily.
