Reminds me of an old school idea called a loading wall, they used them to increase efficiency for sealed setups. This look pretty neat though, I wonder if it would have any effect in a port and sub forward setup?

just did it in my jeep also one 18 rear firing port makes back hatch shake rattle and roll so made one similar and takes pressure off of hatch and seems to make it more "boomier" probably from lack of rattles

Tried one in my blazer also but with a cut up 8" sono tube and wood. Didnt seem as loud to me so i didnt mess with it anymore.
