i have a 15" xl and its loud as balls to me. i wish i could do two or even lvl 6s. i love how dc subs sound so good at the same time tho

Yea from what Rusty is saying the level 6 will be in the ballpark with the xl as far as "musical" properties go so I'm looking foward to that.

hey if you don't mind could you explain the components in your doors!? sound/size/imaging

i only see two tweeters! is there one up higher?

killer video with the pink floyd. everything looks really clean so far. nice job

The tweeters for the component set furthest to the front of the truck is up right next to the door handle. Basically about a foot above the mids. As far as imaging goes... Considering I've run 3 way active in the past this does not suffice when compared to that sound stage when all sets are playing. Now if I use the fade on the HU and just play through the front set, imaging improves .

would the 16.5 volts not hurt the batteries?

so in theory, would it have been better to bunch the three tweeters together, higher up?
