i would love to have a cnc myself.....
if not cnc.... what bit for your router do you us to get that little edge on the sides of the box for the carpet folds..... if you dont mind me asking...

It is just a rabbet. It can be done on the router table using a straight bit or on the table saw.

I prefer using a table saw to put the edges in the sides. Only takes a few minutes to do the whole box.
