My Sundown Build

aight guys so i have been working on this for bout 2 weeks now on and off. and i finally finished the ports yesterday and got them in earlier today! i hope yall like the ports they are my favorite part of this build

the subs are SA12s and the amp is a SAZ1500d. and i must say i LOVE these woofers they get hella loud and sound amazing doing so! but enough of the talk lol and onto the pics

decided to felt the box all black and do gray trim to match the interior of my truck!

a lil kameleon paint goodness (changes 3 diff colors) black, red, and blue, there are diff hints of other colors also when sun hits it at diff angles but those are the 3 main colors!

Lolz on the power/ground terminals. But the rest looks nice. I would have done nut and bolt terminals comin out of the box but hey it's personal pref. I like the ports rattle can color change? And yea stickers only advertise what u have

so what's the point of the terminals on the power and ground? for added runs of wire in the future or something? cuz the wire you have should fit in the terminals right?? looks kinda tacky..would make since if it were 4 gauge terminals and using 1/0 wire....

thanks guys! i love how it turned out, as far as the ports go no its not a rattle can, my uncle is a painter at a body shop, and he hooked me up. as far as the terminals go yea they would fit in the inputs of the amp with out em, but this makes it easier to add more runs later like already said. and its just something i like doing. and i contimplated on the doing nut and bolt speaker wire terminals also, how eva just neva got round to it. will prolly be adding those later! but again thanks and im very happy how it turned out!

oh and specs are 4.2cubes before all displacment tuned to 37hz.

why do that to the ports and use a countersunk screw? you new some panheads

the screws arent counters sunk on the ports. they are a polished aluminum looking pan head screw.

Not bad. Simple yet effective. Personally if it were me I would be building an MDF cover for the front of that box so you can cover all that wire.
but if you are going to leave it like that...maybe get some black tubing at walmart and make it look even nicer...
