why size round over did you use? i need more practive with my router...

I'm glad you like it. It came out very well. Should be a breeze to paint.
I actually did a half round over with a 1/2" bit. You can complete the rout with the full 1/2" bit if you'd like. I wasn't sure if you want like it too rounded.
