and as for the port. at the angle that i'm taking the picture you cant see it but the space you see on the top left and top right of the box or the gap up there is also on the bottom left and right. Its symmetrical so don't worry. and the port pictured there is at 50 htz. I have a removable port that will go in that will tune it down to 35 htz
also mrbrooky Bump for some more pics of the chick in the ava.!
so i'm debating on what to do with the edges of the top trim sheet. to either spray them black. or leave them raw mdf or to even cover them in some of the flat led lights that are like a tape... dunno what to do. My fiance' says to cover it in a random fabric like animal print .... lol

nice box, and i like how those audio pipe amps look.
how much space do you have between that port and the back wall? from the picture it looks like you have an inch or two?

yeah it looks like your port is gonna be suffering from airflow being that close to the loading wall, it should be a minumum of the smallest number in measurment of the port opening. so if its 6 x 10 it should be a minumum of 6inches at min from the bottom of the box to the beginning of the port opening.

yeah I know that the port should be close to the loading wall. I know that lol. But like I said the port is just fine for my open port. But for the daily port its just fine. I really don't want to have a port unloading all the air right at the side of my face. lol It works perfectly
