Not too much progress today, a couple friends were heading back to college. One 2 hours north and one 2 hours south of me.

Terminal. I don't really like using these, but there was one in the box that the subs used to be in. I figured I'd use it since it's a low power build, and my gf liked the idea of having it like that.

I just like either running the wire directly from amp to sub, or using bolts for terminals. Personal prefrence I guess...They're fine for lower power builds, I just wouldnt want to send 6k watts through one.

lol i've ran about 4800 rms thur them lol. i guess its personal pref the lol. I just prefer to be able to just take everything apart. but then again my setups generally have to come out about 2 to 3 times a year for trips so...

but then again I use ring terminals on the inside of the box so its not the little slip on plugs either. so essentially its the same thing. a bolt with ring terminals just that on the outside i can remove the wire from it with out undoing everything.

O I see. That's not a bad idea.

I've always ran the wires directly through the box, so I'm kinda wanting to try out the bolt terminals.
