your build quality is good but I'm trying to figure out why you
resin the inside of the enclosure.....resin acts like a mirror to soundwaves
and add no strength to the enclosure at all unless it is absorbed into matting

your builds are solid....the joints are sealed...you do not need resin..it does nothing positive

And the resin was requested by him, so I followed through with it...I guess he just really wanted a uniform surface inside or just the smoothness (or just to be 100% certain it's sealed..?) though ive never had an enclosure complaint from it not being sealed or anything along those lines.

understandable if it is requested.....

when I make a fiberglass enclosure I always glue a layer of polyfill
on all interior panels except for the airflow passage by the port
it seems to take the reflective acoustics away some....
