I just filled my 45's with great stuff.
As if my opinion matters,,,lol
Another job well done.

That's actually not a bad idea lol. Thanks
Thanks. And as for the side carpeting I usually go with a .5" recessed side and use spray adhesive, utility knife, and a large flathead screwdriver to do mine and it's always a good idea to have a pair of needle noes pliers handy as well.
I start carpeting by 'rolling' the enclosure in carpet, leaving a couple inches overhang on the sides to carpet the lips of the side panels. Then I cut each corners carpet at 45-degrees so they mate together nicely...spray adhesive along the lip and use the flathead to press the carpet down into the lower corners.
Then I do the same to the other side...then go back to that first side and run the blade on that lower corner to cut the excess away (going to the other side before cutting allows the adhesive to cure before going back and cutting, this ensures the carpet doesnt move on you when you run the blade along the corners...this is when you may need the needle noes pliers if it moves etc.)
Then cut a piece of carpet a little bigger than the side panel, press it in.....do the same on the other side, letting the adhesive cure while working on the 2nd one...then go back and cut the excess...and you should have clean looking sides...hope that was enough discription

That's why I move onto the other side now, it lets the adhesive cure a bit and holds it much better after a couple minutes rather than you going straight to it and it still being able to slide everywhere.
And I have this one: http://www.mypencil.com/mall/BOS10480.jpg
It's a tank and with good pressure can cut through just about anything (I think 11 dollars or so at home depot and comes with 2 extra 'sleeves' of blades already in it too)
And it does take time to get carpeting down, eventually its just 2nd nature

I've been gone for a couple of months since a **** banned me. As always P_S your work is the best by far. Did you get all of your electricity hooked up in your shop?
All girls are whores, just ask your mom how you got here.

Make sure you only fill them about 1/3 the way and keep stabbing it every 5 minutes or so across the top penetrating as deep as possible. That will allow the insides to expand and they will bubble out the holes. If you don't it will remain uncured inside. It makes things really solid when it's all cured though.
Great looking enclosure here!

Thanks mayn![]()
