okay then
but to call them some of the best around...
nope.
maybe for the price.
As an update, my A pillars are still in the works, however, aiming is complete. They will be off axis in the A pillars. Initially, they were going to be on axis with the opposite listener, but off axis will help smooth out the highs and make the tweeters overall less fatiguing, assuming I'll be able to tune them properly. I have faith in myself, I think.
I've got a build in the works right now. Well, I'm in the very beginning stages of it. I'm gathering all the speakers, amps, wiring, deadener, and other odds and ends I'll need to do this. The vehicle and the equipment is a secret for now, except a few of you know what some of the stuff is, if I've dealt with you recently...
It's not going to be anything over the top, but it's going to be good.
For tweets firing across the windshield at each other, it's so **** easy to do. No fiberglass is even needed. bondo-hair/epoxy putty would work. then sand, wrap or paint, wah lah.
For you haters who didn't like my double sided sticky tape job, my A pillars for my tweeters are completed. They look killer. I'll get some pics up hopefully tomorrow for you all to see. After I get them in my car, I'll be off to start my new build in my new to me daily driver.
Pics. Don't mind my bed, they're still in my room for now. Tuesday morning is the next time I have free time to work on whatever. I'd like to start on my new build, but I really want to get these in my car first so I'm sure that's what I'll be doing. Here's the pics.
