Lookin good man. My garage set up is 2 sony 6.5" bookshelves, powered on a RF 500-2. Powering that is a Snap-On Battcharger. Set it on 12v Med charge and it screams

Getting closer..

Here are a few finishing the enclosure..





And cruedly threw together a station of sorts for everything..











Just need to go snag a good amount of speaker wire for cheap, mount the 4"ers enclosures in the corners of the shop and figure out a good place for the sub enclosure to go and the station....I'll also be adding grill cloth over each 'step' of the station that'll make several flaps that can be lifted to get to everything so it'll all be protected from the saw dust

a $20 walmart radio wouldn't cut it?

i mean, its kinda silly to put that much equipment into a storage unit.. i mean you could spend that money on something better..

I already had most of the stuff and would barely make any money selling it with the way things are right now, then I traded for the amp since the sub wasnt selling I traded it..meh

what ever happened to just going on craiglist and finding some old floorstanding speakers for like $10 and getting like a 200watt receiver or somethin, its not like your going to have a dance party in the shop haha... looks cool though

Thanks guys, and the station may get redone down the road to look a bit better and be more functional.

This shop definitely is a step up even compared to the 2.5 car garage with a loft above it, and a good chunk less in rent

im with you on this build , planing something similar , and the ol receiver and home speakers dont cut it , I need high end sound to help me concentrate , nice job
