Well you can still fix it. Just trim the cut up and make it even. And then re boot it the right way. Then you wont need the foam to fill the gaps. Gl with fixing that...

lol . . sawzall its really not that bad the top is a little rought but its because it was doube wall with thick gauge seat reinforcements so it was a little difficult, in retro i should have just cut 12" high , avoided the doubled area and configured the port thru there and left two thirds of the woofer visible, yes the owner saw the cut and wasnt in as much shock as some on here . the single fifteen alpha is more than enough believe me he now needs at least three layers of dampner on the roof . . and he wants two fifteens now , this is the third system i put in this truck in less that two weeks , begining with two 10's under the seat . . .

It would've come out a LOT better if you had used a proper tool. Sawzalls aren't all that hot for sheetmetal work unless you like to mangle it. Should've opted for the use of a grinder with a cutoff wheel. Works much better than a sawzall for sheetmetal work.
And this is coming from a minitrucker.![]()

"don't cross them lol

looks like ****.
People gave me crap because I only have 2-12s in my blowthrough. What some people don't seem to get is most people that have a truck actually use the bed to carry things, so filling it up with subs isn't always an option! I agree that the cut doesn't look too great but it's nothing a beauty panel can't fix...as long as the cut is sealed properly it's fine man.
