if you are getting another alt there is an awesome place that builds leece nevilles here in IL, how close are you to arlington heights? It is by the arlington racetrack. they are about a grand to get one but they put anything else to shame.

**little update**

So I got the Maxxlink in now- hu is only putting out 1.3V from rca's, so the line driver in the link has helped much. I enjoy having the clipping indiacator on the knob- neat little feature

Subs are starting to break in- The Stetsom 7k is definatley a nice amp- w/ impedance rise- subs are seeing less than 5K.. More powa needed..

Gett'n antsy to see if theirs a straight drop in diff in the SD8000 from this 7k is

Next time im down that way ill hit you up. I got some friends at U of I. Im a bit far north to just drive down for a demo though. Will say though, very nice work you do.
