Looks Good Man Have You Got A Box Plan Yet , Would Love To See What Ya Got, It Seems Like You Have The Cubes Out Right All You Have To Do Is Figure Out What Lengths You Have To Cut. Just Find Out How Much Room You Have To Use An Go From There Man But This Sounds Like You Are On The Right Path.
For Amps You Can Check Out Rd Audio 3250's 2 Of Them At A Steady 13 14 Volts Linked Would Be Like 5600 Watts, But If Not Or Too Much Money Look Into Hifonics. Great Amps For The Price An Don't Need That Much Input Volt. But I Will Keep My Eye On This One

I bought 1 set first, found out they were almost as loud as my Dayton 7" PA speakers (and 10x clearer). then ordered 12 more sets the next day lol.

i would recommend giving 1 set a try first, 1 set of 5" mids probably wont be louder than 6.5"s, they only like about 50 watts, but with 4 sets or more it will be crazy.

Not sure about closed cells, but I know a conventional batteries lose cells when they're placed on concrete. I'm not sure about the mechanics, but I believe it has something to do with grounding. To be safe, I'd store them on cardboard and preferably on another surface, like I've seen people use wooden stands.
