i removed the tag light and braket and also removed the tacky dash lights for a cleaner look it is in one of the first pics i think

Install looks good. If you plan on upgrading do some reading and reserach. Don't go out and buy cheap stuff. Keep us posted.

Not much to it but small lift, tints, wheels/tires, and a winch. Its an XL diesel work truck - vinyl goes on the floors and seats, NOT on the body...

Looks nice, those subs play ok firing up? A friend of mine made a box just like that but he down fired the subs and it was really loud. Don't worry to much about the brand, my first subs was a pair of Pyle Driver 8" subs in 1988.

they slam pretty hard tho. my dad can here me coming to work 3/4 mile away.
car dealership famly owned and opperated.
they knocked the clock off the wall at the shop and set off one car alarm. and i am not making any of this up the subs slam for what they are, wallmart brand or not.

you can easily build a decent system from Wal-Mart...I bought my JVC NX5000 navigation system in my jeep at wal-mart....it a very nice high end deck...we also have Pioneer flip outs....now....I'm always giving them suggestions on improving the car audio selection...we even recently picked up Autotek...though the basic series its still a good start...I'm friends with the manager ...so I will tell him things I think would sale and he passes it along....to the big people....I know the selection isn't great but its an improvement over say 3 years ago

UPDATE> i added an extra battery, and it sounds a ton better and the dimming issues are completely gone!!!!!!
