Shrinking the port which should tune it lower didn't drop the peak frequency.

The sealed enclosure should be tuned low and the port area should be tuned high, right?

You want your front enclosure to be tuned to the FC of your sealed box.

Well I asked my friends who are knowledgeable with bandpass enclosures and they also said my sealed boxes might be too small. Tearing it out and rebuilding it wont be a big deal because I didn't expect this to work perfectly the first time.

why not just slide the baffle towards the front of the vehicle a little? that would make the sealed portion larger

Well its not that simple since the subs are separated its not one common chamber, plus you lose volume in the front which decreases efficiency. I have another design that im going to try this weekend.

Well since im lazy Ive decided to do a standard wall since that would be the eaisest, will probaly start on the baffle tomorrow.
