Also, if you tighten up your torsion bars as suggested(saw it earlier in the thread) be careful. Dont hook up and snatch anything, and please note that you need to check alignment.

Jacked up torsion bars on my 2500 Duramax. Snapped both of my tierods when I went to pull a 1500 Hemi.

this truck makes # 48 for vehicles ive owned. a bunch of them were lifted. if i do adjust them it wont be very much. i like the wheel to have a little play to it.

i just called a local line-x dealer
i asked for a price on a gallon or what other sizes they offered of the line-x.

to cover the box they quoted me $75 up to $150. just for the outside

many coats of primer along with a latex based exterior paint has worked fine for me You're leaving on the tonneau cover arent you? mine doesnt leak very much at all, and i've never had any issues with primer and paint, or even just primer for that matter.

you can buy roll on bed liner by the gallon at auto parts stores. A friend of mine lined his floor in his frat house room and it came out great and withstood a lot.

do 4 coats or so and smooth the baffle out for paint
