I like the way the sealed sounds, so im just gunna order him a new amp. Not sure though, like i said. I have never delt with the type r's. Probley throw on a Rockford of some sort.

Very nice! Also I laugh at all the ********* who say Type R's don't sound well sealed or do decent numbers. You are all retarded! Must not have done or heard a decent sealed setup. And I have run plenty of SQ oriented subs in my day and it wasn't the best, but far from the worst.

if you like the way sealed sounds, then do a 4th order using the blow through as the port.

what is the height & width of the cut out? also what did you guys do about the cabin vent? i have an s10 and think about cutting sometimes.

as much as i would hate to agree with this ******* i must agree on this one. they do sound good sealed too. its like the ED 13o's...they sound like **** with anything over 900rms thrown at them sealed or ported, but my recent setup with around 6ish sounds very much like my old idmax with almost twice the amount of power. next week i drop in another 13O and another 600+rms
