Specs are 4.5cf @ 38Hz for a 15" Mach 5 SPL. I know it will be finished in carpet, not exactly sure on the color. Paper work is at the shop, but Im thinking Black maybe.
Anyways, onto the pics...

What exactly do you use to make that cut in "inset" for your side panels and what not to fit into? And why do you do it?
Whats the easiest way to make those corner pieces? I've been trying to figure out how to cut 45 degree angles. Also, on the sides why do people have like 1/4 of an inch of extra space? Is it just a visual thing?
Gonna place sub in and hopefully listen to this tomorrow. Gotta bolt down my trunk battery plate and find someway to mount this huge amp![]()

I use various setups on the router table to cut the edges and make the groove. It allows me to carpet they way I like to. Makes for a clean appearance. Check out my carpeting tutorial, its around somewhere.
Table saw to cut the 45's. Inset my sides for carpeting reasons. See above*
Nope, just a part time thing I do on the side. Although lately, it feels more like a full time job. Still putting in 65+ a week at my "real job."
