Just finished 91 legend install

This is not exactly a build log but didn't know where to put it. Mods move if you feel necessary.

What is in car:
Kx2500.1 @ 4 ohms
Kx350.4 @ 4 ohms x 2
PG RSD 6.5 comps
Kinetik 1800
Audioque hdc3 18D2

The sub box is just temporary. I am saving money for a second 18 HDC3 so i can run both of them off of the kx2500.1 at 2 ohms. Should get pretty loud as the 1 18 does pretty good off about 1300 watts.

Although this is not a build log, I will keep track of my work when the second 18 arrives. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

right around 8 cubes at 37hz. Tuned a little high for my tastes but this is just temporary.

oh yeah, why not run the sub at 1 ohm?

what do you plan on doing for the pair? no way you will get 16 cubes there will ya?

The seat is pulled out. The amp is not 1 ohm stable so im not trying to push it. Amp will be ran at 2 ohms when i get the second sub.

The box is definitely large. The sub does not need 8 cubes. I can fit a 12 cubic foot box in the back no problem....oh yeah and its going to be a wall :)

dude, I've run 3 kicker amps at 1ohm, they can take it, especially since you have that extra batt in the back. I'm sure those aren't under warranty either so drop it down to 1ohm, it shouldn't go into protect

do you not fuse the wires coming off the 2nd battery?

if you don't have the box done like in the picture, i'd try to fill the hole from drilling with woodglue or anything you had handy just for the heck of it. Nice NICE sub :). Maybe me want to get one and I am trying to go smaller lol..

they are very close to his amp.

that amp will take 1 ohm no problem :fyi:

Holy ****. This dude's right. I knew something was missing. I fused before 2nd battery but not before the amp. Luckily I havent really been listening to it but i'll have to do that tomorrow for sure....THANKS
