you should put more power on your subs in my opinion a 1500 per solo X is pathetic, you need like a 2500 per woofer or a pair of 2500 'sstrapped per sub. They are 5k rms and you are treating them like babies and giving 1500 per woofer. Build a slightly smaller box and do twice the power adding another woofer when its only running 1500 rms is silly.
Get soem 2500.1 call kicker and tell them you are trying to do # and they will tell you how big to go for SPL.
