Got bored today, so I ended up making an amp rack for both amps.
Old box out, nice lil mess back there lol.
Spare piece of 1/4" mdf I used for a amp rack in a Dodge Ram, turned out to be exactly perfect size, couldn't be an 1/8th more exact lol.
Base for the SAZ3000D
The 100.4 slides in attached to its bottom piece, I'm suprised this fit the first time around.
And where I left off for now, gunna make some trim pieces and still need the **** sub lol, and re-route some wires.

System is a work in progress.
Havent been out to Quaker yet, looks pretty cool though. Looks like they got pretty good food too.
As for the box, I think you'll actually have better results with the 4.5 @ 31hz.
How well do those screws work? Do they split the wood even slightly?

If your too close to the edge they will split just slightly, nothing serious though. If your in the middle of the wood you will not split anything.
And yea I actually think the 4.5@31 will be better off also.

Nice.

Not night and day... but I had the time... table saw... and wood to do it when I worked at the shop. Plus I was getting paid while I was building my box...
So... if you're too lazy... I don't think you'll notice a huge difference. I think it sounded a little better... but it might have just been my mind playing tricks on me...
