That is just some great work. You really love your pseudo IB I think you are on to something with the AP hybrid idea. I hope you get around to trying that out. I love the IB sound myself. Keep on rockin mang

im out working on the car. thanks for the props deman.

i did a lot of cleaning up on the amprack. im soldering some RCA's right now. so ill have pictures later tonight. i might not finish until tomrrow though

got some more power\gnd wires to run to the next amp and the ground to the dls. the 4 guage i had was too short, so i had to double up 8 guage. it looks nice, so i might stick with it. if not ill get some 4 guage to go there. then the speaker wires for the tweets (in lieu of cd2 mini horn's because i cant afford horn bodies atm), and subs. then the remotes for everything, and power\ground for the pxa-h701.

Hey Req,

I was thinking of getting a GTI soon, and was hesitant considering my subwoofers in a hatchback vehicle is not the best idea. How does the hatch door on those VW's hold up? Did you deaden anything or what not?

Owning a truck right now, it's nice not to have anything flex/rattle besides the doors.

suckers are solid. the sealed box i had was louder than this IB one and the hatch flexed a bit. but i have not put an ounce of deadener on this car and its real quiet. so i am really happy about that. only thing that vibrated was the sun roof emergency hand crank wich is under a panel in the headrest. its a little allen key, just take it off the mounting bracket and put it in the glove box, all set

otherwise, the car is quite solid. great acoustics and everything. can fit some good sized mids in the doors too

and fyi, subs in a hatch is a great idea lol

I concur with everything req says about them being solid cars, viper. My GTI is just that awesome, too.
