Anybody heard of g sound in the i.e

i had bad experiance there and just wondering if anyone else has been there.

What happened at G sound?

The put in a second battery.
1. They put in the wrong isolator. The isolator the put in was supposed to be for a truck or trailor.
2. It wasn't charging the batteries and my alt went bad.
3. To top it all off when they wired it for the isolator to the rear battery they were like a foot short. So they cut another piece of wire and crimped together. So after a while i was blowing fuses like crazy. Turned out the wire they ran for the rear battery was getting hot and melted in my trunk!

Wow...I can't believe this happened. Sorry to hear that. G Sound is supposed to be a decent shop. I personally know the owner. I'll be giving him a call and swing by his shop. Maybe they need a training session.
